Tip 1
One way to make some money in Manager mode is to buy players who are Free Agents, doesn't matter if they are extremely good or not but the amount of money you can make on them does.
A decent player can be enticed to join your club but the wages are high, but buy and sell at the right time and you can make millions.
It's a good idea to play them in some matches and build up the asking price before selling. If not an instant addition to your team, play them in matches to rest your best players, soon the price will go up and you can sell at a huge profit.
Tip 2
Always check the sponsors to see who will pay the most over the season, this can make a difference.
Tip 3
Sell players getting near the end of their career before they start to loose their value.
